Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City South I-35

This is a great hotel to stay at very clean rooms are nice breakfast is good and customer service was great. There is a young lady that works the front desk I believe her name is coryn sorry if I butchered that lol. But she’s the sweetest most kind person you’ll ever meet. She definitely made our stay her A++ can’t brag about her enough. All the day staff was kind as well she just really stuck out to me by going above and beyond.

Traveling across country we stayed here night three and it was the best hotel we've stayed at so far! Cookies at reception, Demont being incredibly sociable and funny. Impressed with the entire facility, would highly recommend.

EDIT: upgrading this review to five stars. WiFi issue was part of a change that Choice Hotels implemented and the mystery charges were just pre-authorizations. Great location and clean rooms. Minor concern is that the WiFi required frequent log ins. Moderate concern is that my credit card has three different charges from 2 other Comfort Suites - none of the charges are from the actual hotel that I stayed at. Otherwise, a great property that I would recommend.

I booked at this location because its easy access to I-35 and it's not too far from downtown. I called ahead of time to check if the Jacuzzi and pool was open and was told yes it was. When I checked in it was early morning due to traveling through the night I checked in at 1am I was thankful for someone being available to check us in at that time of morning. The front desk clerk that checked us in was not nice at all, she also told me the jacuzzi and the pool was both open. The next day when I took my daughter swimming the jacuzzi was not working I asked the front desk what happened and she stated it had been down for weeks due to the heater not working I was very disappointed because I normally stay in Moore where the jacuzzi works. I gave the location a 1 star the hotel is new but located in a sketchy neighborhood. My room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was served in a well kept cleaned area and the food was ok. The rest of the staff was great

Overall stay was good! However the elevator was broken and I had a 4th floor room. I wasn’t offered any compensation or a new room on a lower floor even though they were available. The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work, and there was visible patch work on the bathroom ceiling. Also you can’t turn on the jets in the hot tub without flooding the ground because the bubble so hard. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The front desk clerk Coryn is AMAZING and we stay here often for the price and location. It let's you get every where easily. The neighborhood is rough but we've never had any issues. The internet is horrible and you should not expect Wi-Fi to stay working. Rooms are decent prices and clean.

Love the quality in costumer service at this hotel. There one special person that I would like to point out that has made my stay overall the best stay at a hotel yet. Her name is coryn she works the desk at night and she is absolutely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, she’s so welcoming and she is very professional kind and over just a wonderful person. She is the main reason of why I have 5 stars for this hotel, because you just can’t find good customer service like that anymore. You can tell she enjoys her job and enjoys the people that come in out every day. All I can say is keep up the great work coryn your killing it. The rooms are also very clean they have very good cable and the hot tub is nice as well. Breakfast is always good and I haven’t had in the slightest a bad experience. This is what I would expect in a hotel. They check all the boxes. The only thing I can complain about witch really isn’t even a complaint is the WiFi it is sometimes hard to connect to and when you connect I found out it doesn’t sometimes work but other than that I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it

Stayed one night it was nice that comfortable nice bathroom plenty of hot water not like the comfort inn I stayed in in Manhattan Kansas you had to take your shower a certain time or there was no hot water breakfast was good I did enjoy the breakfast in Kansas a little bit different variety but all together it was pretty good
